How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace starts with 14 days of full access: every feature, every member, no card required. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep tracking, sync, and reports running.

What happens when the trial ends?

Tracking pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted. Your timeline, rules, and reports stay exactly where you left them, and tracking resumes the moment you start a subscription.

How does team billing work?

The workspace pays per member on a single invoice. Teammates never enter a card, and adding or removing people adjusts the bill automatically, prorated to the day.

Can I be in multiple workspaces?

Yes. One account can belong to any number of workspaces, including your own and your clients’. Each one pays for its own seats, so joining a client’s team costs you nothing.

Is my activity visible to my employer?

No. Workspace owners and admins see aggregate hours by client and category, never your raw app, window, or site activity. That detail stays on your devices and your personal view alone.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings in a couple of clicks. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your data at any point before or after.
